Updated for the 2022-2023 Calendar:
Registration fee: There will be a $25 annual registration fee per child due at the
time of registration. Registration fees are paid at the time of registration.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Tuition: Our fees are based on a nine month calendar/season (September -
May). We charge monthly based on the number of hours your student(s) take
(36 lessons divided by 9 months). (Credit card accepted, cash accepted, checks
payable to “Tumbletown 2”).
Late Tuition: Tuition is due at the 1st of each month and is considered “late” on
the 10th of each month. Once tuition is late there will be a $10 late fee for each
month that the payment is late. This will be updated in your family account.
Withdrawal: We require a 30 day notice in written form of communication via
email should a student withdrawal from a class. You will still be charged for that
month; however, once that month is up your fee will be terminated. If you fail to
notify us you will still be responsible for all fees.
Automated Draft: We offer automated draft (see automated draft page).
However, if the card on file “expires” you are responsible for notifying us. If you
fail to update credit card information you will still be charged the same late fee as
listed above ($10) until card information is updated.
New Registrations: Registrations received before the 15th of the month will be
charged a full month’s tuition. Registrations received after the 15th of the month
will be charged 1/2 month’s tuition.
Make up policy: If a student misses a class we are happy to offer make-ups.
Your student is welcome to take a look at the schedule and come to another
similar class offered. However, you will only have 2 weeks after absence to make
up class. If you know your student is going to be absent prior to class please let
our front office know. Should there be cancellations due to inclement weather or
emergency, Tumbletown 2 will offer specific make-up dates.
For Dance Students only:
Recital Fee: There will be a one time fee of $15 for the Winter Showcase (non-refundable).
This will be due on January 1st. There will be a one time fee of $25 for the
Spring Recital (non-refundable). This will
be due on April 1st (approximately one month prior to recital). If you do not pay
your student will not be able to participate in the recital(s).
Recital Ticketing: If you are not caught up on all payments, you will not be able
to purchase recital tickets. If you fail to catch up prior to the recital your student
will not be able to participate in the Spring Recital.
Costume Fees: The Winter Showcase costume(s) are for
rent. The rental fee PER COSTUME, is $15 and due on January 1st.
You will be responsible for purchasing your students Spring
recital costume(s) PER CLASS- prices will vary per costume and
due on April 1st. If you do not pay, your
student cannot participate in the recital(s).
