Registration Fee: There is a $25 annual registration fee due (per child) at the time of registration. Please note, these registration fees are also non-refundable.
Tuition Fees: Our fees are based on a nine-month calendar/season (September 2020 - May 2021). We charge monthly based on the number of hours your student(s) take (36 lessons divided by 9 months). (Cash, credit cards & checks are accepted. Make checks payable to “Tumbletown 2”).
Late Tuition Fees: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, and is considered “late” on the 10th of each month. Accounts unpaid by the 10th of the month will have a $10 late fee applied, for each month payment is late. These fees will be updated in your family account.
Update: a collection agency will now be handling all of TT2's past due accounts via Studio Director.
Withdrawal: We require a 30-day notice, in written form - via email, should a student withdrawal from a class. You will still be charged for that month; however, once that month is up your fee will be terminated. If you fail to notify us you will still be responsible for all fees.
Automated Draft: As another payment option, we offer auto-draft. However, if the card on file “expires,” you are responsible for notifying us. Also, failure to notify us will result in your account being charged the same late fee as listed above ($10) until your new credit card information has been updated.
New Registration Fees: Students who registrar before the 15th of the month will be charged a full month’s tuition. Students who registrar after the 15th of the month will be charged 1/2 a month’s tuition.
Make-Up Policy: If a student misses a class we are happy to offer make-up classes. Please call or take a look at the schedule and come to a similar class offered. However, you will only have 2 weeks, after your absence, to make up a class. If you know your student is going to be absent before class, please let our front office know. Should there be cancellations due to inclement weather or emergency, Tumbletown 2 will offer specific make-up dates.
FOR DANCE STUDENTS ONLY
Recital Fee: There will be a one time fee of $25 for the Spring Recital. This will be due on March 1st (approximately one month before the recital). If you do not pay, your student will not be able to participate in the Spring recital.
Recital Ticketing: If you are not caught up on ALL payments, you will not be able to purchase recital tickets. If you fail to catch up before the recital your student will not be able to participate in the Spring recital.
Costume Fees: You will be responsible for purchasing your students Spring recital costume(s) - prices will vary. The Christmas recital costume(s) are for rent. The rental fee is $15 and it is due on November 1st. If you do not pay, your student cannot participate in the recital(s).
